Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the CredSettle app
- Tap on the profile icon (top-left corner)
- Go to the Account section
- Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account"
- Confirm your request

If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, you can do so using the following methods. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You can also request account deletion by contacting us at:
- Email: info@credsettle.com
- Please include your registered email address.
Data Deletion Details
- Your personal information (name, email, phone) will be deleted
- Your account will be permanently removed
- Some data may be retained if required for legal or regulatory compliance
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
